1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Chaty CRM, operated by Codex Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Acceptable Use & WhatsApp Meta Policy
You agree to use Chaty CRM exclusively for lawful business communications in strict compliance with Meta Developer Policies, Meta WhatsApp Commerce & Business Policies, and local anti-spam regulations.
- Sending unsolicited spam messages, hate speech, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
- Violation of Meta policies may result in immediate suspension of your WhatsApp Cloud API account by Meta.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API secret keys, and permanent WhatsApp access tokens. Codex Design is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Billing Terms
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring cycle depending on your selected tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codex Design and Chaty CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of service interruptions or Meta Cloud API downtime.
